This page explains how we handle your personal data when you visit connectiongroup.es or contact us, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data we process

This website has no sign-up and stores no data: the quote form only prepares a message in your WhatsApp or email app, and you decide whether to send it. We only process the data you give us when you write to us by email, WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, or when you call us: usually your name, phone number or email and the details of your event (date, venue, type of service).

What we use it for

  • Answering your enquiries and preparing quotes.
  • Organising and delivering the service you book (setup, equipment, technicians) and invoicing.
  • Meeting our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not use your data to send you advertising without your permission, and we do not make automated decisions or build profiles.

Legal basis

  • Your consent, when you contact us voluntarily.
  • Pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract when you ask for a quote or book a service.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (for example, tax).

How long we keep it

Data from enquiries that do not lead to a booking is kept only as long as needed to deal with them and for one year at most. Client data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and then for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting and tax records).

Who we share it with

We do not pass your data on to third parties unless required by law (for example, to the Spanish Tax Agency). To operate, we use providers that may process data on our behalf: our web hosting company and whichever communication service you choose to contact us through (Google’s Gmail, Meta’s WhatsApp and Instagram, Telegram). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email us at info@connectiongroup.es stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
